The property offers a variety of accommodations and amenities for gay and bisexual men, with the towns of Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown each just 5 miles away, and Charles Town 9 miles away.

Accommodations include bedrooms in the original 1835 stone house and rooms in the modern Guest House. Guests can enjoy a hot tub, sunning lawns, and outdoor showers. The property also features a fire ring, nearly a mile of walking paths, and a secluded environment for a clothing-optional experience.
