This apartment is located in the vibrant Haut Marais district of Paris’s 3rd arrondissement, just steps from Beaubourg. Situated on the 7th floor with elevator access, it features a large balcony offering panoramic views toward Montmartre.
The two available bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with a 160cm x 190cm bed. One has a private bathroom and toilet, while the other shares a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are accessible. A supermarket is conveniently located at the building’s entrance, with numerous shops (grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants) nearby.
The Rambuteau metro station is just a 1-minute walk away. Key attractions are within easy reach: the Marais gay district is 3 minutes away, Châtelet and the Seine River banks are under 5 minutes, and the Louvre Museum is 10 minutes away.
