Deep Campout is an annual gay, clothing-optional camping weekend at Deep Creek Hot Springs Campground in Apple Valley, California. Located just a couple of hours’ drive from Los Angeles and San Diego, this popular event takes place over three days—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The camp is at 5900 Bowen Ranch Road, Apple Valley, behind Bowen Ranch to the right (if you reach Bowen Ranch by mistake, reverse and go to the right towards the big gates and water tower). The fee of $120 per person (as of 2022) includes campsite space (BYO tent and gear) and amenities such as hot showers, flushable toilets, and potable water. Limited glamping packages are available for 2 to 4 men. Bring your own food and drink for the duration.
Nudity rules: Stay nude only in established nude areas. No overt sexual activity at the hot springs—nudity combined with sex can undermine the event’s image and future enjoyment. Any sexual activity should be taken back to your tent.
