The River’s Edge is a private, gay-owned and operated membership campground located about 110 miles east of Atlanta, Georgia, and 160 miles west of Columbia, South Carolina. Unlike mainstream campgrounds, The River’s Edge is known for its friendly, open, and inclusive atmosphere, fostering a sense of community where guests can meet new friends and feel liberated.
The campground features a clothing-optional pool, a hot tub, and ample opportunities to relax in the sun or socialize. With 109 campsites, RV sites, and 25 cabins (some equipped with private bathrooms and kitchenettes), it caters to various accommodation preferences. Communal shower facilities are also available.
On-site amenities include a café, a clubhouse, a games room, an outdoor fire pit, volleyball courts, hiking trails, and fishing spots, all set within 63 acres of nude-friendly grounds. This environment allows guests to enjoy a freeing and enjoyable experience.
