Autumn Farm is a welcoming, clothing-optional retreat primarily catering to gay and bi men, but also open to queer-friendly individuals, naturists, and polyamorists. Located on a serene 1.2-hectare (3-acre) garden, this eco-positive establishment promotes a communal and inclusive lifestyle with composting toilets, solar water heating, waste recycling, and a warm social atmosphere.
Guests can choose from a range of accommodations, including a comfortable lodge, rustic cabins, a dormitory, and a campground. While there are no ensuite bathrooms, the property features a large communal bathhouse with showers, a bathtub, and a lounge area. Nudity is most common during the warm summer months, adding to the relaxed, naturist vibe.
Meals can be provided upon request, or guests can opt for self-catering. Autumn Farm offers a unique opportunity to experience rural gay community life, unwind in the beautiful garden, connect with other guests, and explore the scenic wonders of Golden Bay. The farm also hosts annual events such as Men’s Naked Week and Summer Camp—check the website for dates.
