This small, 100% nudist beach is located outside of Athens and becomes very crowded on weekends. To avoid the crowds, it’s best to arrive early, especially on Sundays. To reach the beach, take the road from Athens to Sounion, and just past the 63 km marker, look for a right turn labeled “KAPE.” Follow the road for about 0.5 km, and it will end at a bar with steps leading down to a textile beach. Walk to the far end of the beach (right side as you face the sea), where you’ll find a path over some rocks. On the other side of the rocks, there is a small, secluded pebbly beach. A large rock with a painted sign saying “FKK” (nudist in Greek, Gymnos) marks the spot.
